Looking for an experienced Proposal Manager or Director of Proposals to lead a team of contract and proposal professionals and establish a culture of success and winning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful proposals with DoD, Military, DOS, DHS, and other Government Agencies.Work Authorization:

This position requires the ability to obtain a DoD US Govt. High Level Public Trust Security Clearance. Candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship or US Govt Permanent Resident. If candidates already have an active Public Trust or Secret Clearance, that is a plus!What You’ll Do:Manage proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration, serving as the main customer point of contact on all company contract-related matters.Work closely with company leadership by advising on contractual rights/obligations and how they align with business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies, acquisition regulations, and customer requirements/specifications for various types of Government contracts in both Prime and Subcontractor roles.Maintain and update contracts databases accurately and timely, including documentation covering the complete contractual record and evidence of review and approvals obtained in accordance with the Company’s approval matrix.Manage all activities related to the planning, scheduling, and development of customer proposals.Collaborate with internal teams within a matrix environment of program management, engineering, finance, operations, supply chain, and quality functional leads.Required Skills/Qualifications:7-10+ years of experience leading or managing contracts and proposal-related matters.Four-year college degree, preferably in an applicable technical or business-related discipline.Experience with U.S. Government Department of Defense contract administration and management, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).Demonstrated ability to lead and manage contractual matters for various types of contracts involving commercial off-the-shelf product deliveries, technical service/support agreements, and research and development programs for U.S. government and non-government customers, including subcontracts with suppliers/teammates.Thorough knowledge of contract formation strategies, contract administration/management, and proven ability to effectively negotiate terms, conditions, and price.Ability to provide workable solutions to address a wide variety of contractual challenges.Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.$135,000 - $1,450,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
