In this dynamic role, you'll orchestrate a talented marketing team, driving brand growth through innovative strategies and captivating content, including overseeing our cutting-edge video production. Your mission: to blend creativity, data insights, and visionary leadership, propelling Sidekick's story to new heights. If you're ready to take the reins and lead our marketing adventures, we're excited to see where you'll take us next!In the role of Marketing Director, you will work on:Strategic Planning and Execution (25%):

Architect and execute innovative marketing strategies that amplify brand presence, drive market expansion, and align with Franchise Sidekick’s business goals. Continuously assess and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure they are responsive to market trends and deliver measurable ROI.Digital Marketing & Content Oversight (30%):

Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media strategies, to enhance online visibility and engagement. Oversee content creation, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and the development of compelling, targeted content across all digital platforms. Monitor, engage with, and grow our follower base on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Design and collaborate on the marketing funnel design and optimization. Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborate on event marketing to expand brand reach, generate leads, and build a strong industry network. Work with the Operations team to execute marketing functions of Sidekick Events, including campaigns and leveraging partnerships for maximum brand exposure and audience engagement. Mentor and develop a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. Set clear goals and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to drive team success and professional growth.Data Analysis & Reporting (10%):

Utilize robust data analysis practices to track marketing performance, glean actionable insights, and inform strategy adjustments. Regularly report on marketing metrics, translating data into strategic recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.What's In It For You?Paid Time Off:
