MISSION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for articulating and communicating the full value of the company’s products and solutions, supporting the launch of new solutions and capabilities, and empowering sellers and stakeholders to drive adoption across the value chain. Working closely with cross-functional product, customer experience, go-to-market, and marketing & communications teams, this role will create winning strategies that improve sales and adoption of all products and services.

ResponsibilitiesKnowledge base and industry trends – partner with product, customer experience, go-to-market, and marketing & communications teams (as well as be a “student of the sport”) to deeply understand industry trends, customer/stakeholder needs, and the strategic direction relating to the products and markets that the company serves.Product messaging and vision – work with the CMO, Director of Marketing, Product team and others to articulate the value of each product to key buyers, while connecting to the positioning of the overall Product roadmap and the company’s brand positioning. Possess the innate ability to translate technical product features into compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Develop a deep understanding of the value of our solutions and have the ability to articulate this in sales situations at the highest levels.Market positioning and buyer personas – determine how best to position the company’s products in the market, as well as formulate and manage buyer personas, fostering greater understanding of buyers’ needs and how to best market to those needs.Equip go-to-market team for success – engage commercial teams to determine what is needed to increase sales and adoption. Execute strategies and develop comprehensive go-to-market launch plans for strategic new product introductions (both major new products as well as strategic new features/enhancements) – including high-impact marketing/communication plans, sales tools and marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, product presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and website content. Contribute as a product SME to sellers – helping sales teams to better understand industry trends, customer needs, and product value propositions – as well as helping tailor value messages and sales support materials for large/strategic deals.Acquisition, adoption, and retention – track performance of products in the market to ensure they are reaching their full potential; analyses will be used to impact both the product and go-to-market strategies toward greater sales and customer satisfaction.Awareness and thought leadership – build awareness and consideration around the company’s solutions, leveraging differentiated product positioning with industry analysts, partners, and thought leaders.Strong, proactive communication – This role will also need to be a strong communicator (both verbally and written), and will be expected to help develop materials in conjunction with the Marketing and Digital Content teams.

Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.A minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing or related roles, preferably in the B2B technology industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.Strong experience developing positioning with exceptional writing skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.Strong business acumen, with the ability to strategically connect dots and see the big picture.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and a customer-centric mindset.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Industry vertical experience in consumer-directed healthcare payments preferred, but not required.
