We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid office model in Omaha, Nebraska. If relocating, you will need to be onsite day 1. This designer will be part of a larger team who works on projects across the organization (Finance, HR, Legal, Engineering, etc).Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand user needs and behaviors.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.Design & Development Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on feedback.UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with the company’s goals.Visual Design: Ensure the visual design is consistent with the company’s brand guidelines as well as responsive/mobile design.Experience leading design projects.Experience providing guidance to development teams to help them execute UX designs.Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of stakeholders.Familiar with design systems such as material design.Experience using a research repository such as dovetail and turning research into actionable findings.Ability to use analytics software and analyze data.Experience presenting to company executives.Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in the UX/design space.Experience with user research quantitative and qualitative.Experience with Figma design and prototyping software or similar.Strong written and verbal communication.Key Skills:Understanding of interaction design principles.Experience with responsive and mobile design.Ability to convey ideas through sketches, wireframes, and mockups.Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Location:
