We are looking for a top-performing Sales Director with a passion for the mobile space. Our ideal candidate will be eager to execute the absolute-best modern approaches to B2B pipeline generation and sales. In a current world of constant change and uncertainty, one area that is growing at light speed is the digital consumer engagement space. Specifically, how brands create personalized, 1:1 interactions with their consumers at scale. This role puts you right at the center of this exciting evolution of consumer engagement. Responsibilities:

Drive bookings by managing a disciplined, creative, and compelling sales processPosition unique and compelling value propositions for verticals and buyer personas with agilityProvide informed and accurate forecasting on opportunities and dealsGenerate consistent outbound pipeline through activities including social, direct calling, and emailing target accountsWork in demand and pipeline generation and account-based marketing technologies to execute, manage and measure outreachBuild and maintain expertise on the business trends and key initiatives of our target brands and personaeMaster vision and value-based sales messaging and positioningConsistently exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, serving as a top contributor to overall sales pipelineOpen doors to new accounts through relationship building or self-led prospecting, creating opportunities and managing to closeProvide insight to the business through consistent activity and performance tracking in Salesforce.comProvide high-energy, compelling demonstrations on our solution for prospects as neededDevelop high-empathy, authentic connections with prospective buyers

Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise, SaaS (Software as a Service) sales, MarTech (marketing technology) experience preferredDemonstrated ability to regularly lead and manage enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close at values of >$200KHigh character and positive mindset, from integrity to reliability to general kindness toward peopleProven ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospectingExcellent communication and active listening skills; able to adjust to different personalities and communication stylesDemonstrated ability to consistently win in a highly competitive marketGrowth mindset, driven to learn, and highly coachableAbility to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDemonstrated creativity in cultivating business opportunities that convert to salesPassion for our product and the future of mobile engagementMature, self-directed, highly detailed, organized, driven professionalExtraordinary team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentHighly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive resolution within a sales process.Passionate and sincere communicator

Compensation And Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $240,000, including base salary and any related performance-based bonuses/commissions. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
