Pure Storage is actively seeking a seasoned and innovative Senior Product Manager with a focus on CPQ (Config, Price, Quote) and subscription management to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving product vision, and strategy of our CPQ experience for sales and partners.Responsibilities:Drive and own the CPQ product vision and subscription lifecycle management by building features to support GTM selling motionsEvangelize the vision to cross-functional team, and stakeholders and ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company strategyDrive CPQ usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders.Understand business needs and manage the CPQ roadmap aligned with business priorities.Build trust with stakeholders through consistent and quality outcomes.Own requirements, specifications, and release plans.Collaborate with UX and the technology team to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering.Build capabilities that will revolutionize enterprise Quote-to-Cash, Subscription Lifecycle Management.Own the measures used to define success for your product capability. Success measures must be defined at the inception and tracked throughout its lifecycle. 7+ years of technical/functional experience within sales/go-to-market, product management, or business development of key CRM(Customer Relationship Management) enterprise applications5+ years of enterprise application implementation experience of CPQ, Partner portal, or professional service is plus.Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skillsExperience in delivering products using agile methodologyDemonstrated comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of key business processes, such as Quote-to-Cash and Customer Onboarding, is highly valued for this positionStrong knowledge in data, analytics, and the enablement of online platforms or services, including expertise with SQLProven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical partners and to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a complex, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills with a track record of effectively managing multiple complex tasks simultaneouslyAn independent and creative thinker with demonstrated capacity to innovate, influence, and executeExperience with cross-functional senior stakeholder managementBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant experienceMust be able to work in the office at least 3 days a weekPure creates opportunities for your development and career growth.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
