Your role as a Technical Product Manager, AI will be to lead a development team which is leveraging AI to integrate Aledade’s powerful data-driven insights at the point of care for primary care providers. You will collaborate deeply with your engineering peers, partner with 3rd party technology providers, collaborate with business and clinical leadership, and ensure we are delivering a product roadmap that optimizes for value and clinical outcomes.

Primary Duties:

Spearhead the development and implementation of AI research and platform development by crafting the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution to advance AI for provider workflows at the point of care.Work with internal teams and end users to develop a deep understanding of requirements, perform thoughtful solution design, use data to test hypotheses, and support teams throughout execution.Use data to better understand user needs and guide future product development using an iterative and experimental approach.Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in research, product design, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.Write detailed product documentation for new initiatives and capabilities, capturing detailed descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria that are defined by measurable outcomes.Develop short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk and assume ongoing iteration.Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or a SaaS product.Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.Product development experience in the context of the development of a healthcare technology product.Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.Experience with and understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile software development methodologies.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

Successfully launched and scaled AI product, ideally in healthcare.Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.Understands best practices in data modeling and AI Products.Experience working on products for physicians.Experience working with EHR or population health products.Comfort managing broad set of stakeholders up through the executive level.Who We Are:
