About the Role

Persona is looking for a sales professional that will drive revenue and business growth for our Startup segment. This team is instrumental in acquiring new logos that will grow with Persona and become the next OpenAI or Instacart. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in understanding a complex, technical platform and is passionate about delighting customers and tailoring sales solutions to fit the bespoke needs of Startup customers. What you'll achieve

1+ years of previous SaaS full cycle closing experienceExperience hunting net-new business and exceeding sales quotaExperience selling to all levels of an org, from c-suite to the front lineAbility to convey a clear position on the opportunities in your pipeline and organize/rally a supporting team behind your effortsPassion for being with customers and telling their storiesAbility to receive and act on feedback - as well as give constructive feedbackExceptional written and verbal communicationStrong SFDC, Notion, Slack, GDocs skillsCompensation & Equity

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $60,000 - $80,000. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.
