As a Facilities Director at Elite Sports Clubs, you will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of our facilities across multiple locations. You will oversee all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects to ensure the highest standards of safety, functionality, and member satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize facility operations and enhance member experience.Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.Manage capital improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timeliness.Lead and mentor a team of facility managers, maintenance staff, and contractors to uphold standards of excellence.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to support facility operations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards, conducting regular inspections and audits.Collaborate with department heads and senior management to identify facility-related needs and priorities.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to facility operations and capital projects.Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in facility management and implement improvements as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a multi-site environment.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, members, and stakeholders.Knowledge of building systems, equipment, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and project management.Familiarity with facility management software and technology.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Join Our Team:
