Low Fares Done Right , the company provides affordable, convenient air travel throughout the U.S., Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America.What Will You Be Doing?The Sr. Director, Network Planning, Research and Performance leverages a variety of enterprise-wide data sources to analyze historic and future operations. This role is responsible for departmental strategy and improving communication between stakeholders, optimizing business processes, and providing leaders with better tools and information.Essential FunctionsDemonstrate expert level competence in key technical skills.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.Manage capacity planning and new route forecasting.Develop and maintain productive cross-functional relationships.Analyze schedule performance to maximize efficiency.QualificationsMaster’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree required.Minimum 7 years of experience in management and operations.Familiarity with ULCC airline planning/scheduling philosophy.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent time management and prioritization skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to communicate clearly and draft correspondence concisely.Equipment OperatedStandard office equipment.Physical EffortGenerally, not required.Supervision ReceivedGeneral Direction.Positions SupervisedDirector, Ops Research & PerformanceDirector, Network Planning AnalysisSalary Range $179,353 - $238,059 DOE.At Frontier Airlines, we support Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action.Disclaimer: The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature and level of work required of the referenced position.
