Our successful candidate will have 3 years strong custodial management background with sound training skills, and excellent floor care knowledge.Sodexo is seeking a third shift General Manager 2 Environmental - Custodial Services for our new account at University of Louisiana - Lafayette,

which is recognized among the top universities in the country for their impressive academic programs, sustainability initiatives, and operating strong diversity and inclusion principles.RELOCATION assistance AND Annual Incentive Bonuses are available for this exciting opportunity!Our Sodexo Environmental Services - Custodial teams work to direct custodial operations at our university accounts, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. This General Manager has responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of staff and faculty, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and student satisfaction. Have 5 - 7 years previous custodial or housekeeping management experience preferably in a large campus or hospital environmentAre leaders who

develop and motivate a team to exceed

the expectations of clients and customers in service and the technical execution of a housekeeping systemAre an expert in building and maintaining strong client, employee and student relationshipsPossess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completionCan analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading committees and change managementAre proficient with computers and other technologyHave experience with contract managementHave

strong financial acumen and budget management

experienceThe successful candidate will:
