The Aurora Services team is responsible for leading development and implementation of both physical and software infrastructure required to deliver the Aurora Driver at scale. We’re searching for a Senior Product Manager, Terminals & Endpoints to join the Aurora Services Product team. This person will play a major role in building out Aurora’s freight network of Aurora Terminals and Customer Endpoints. By actively supporting Aurora’s growth from a few lanes today to broad scale across the United States, you’ll operate on both strategic as well as tactical level.In this role, you will:Shape Aurora’s Terminals and Endpoints strategy, which includes go-to-market approaches, volume ramp planning, as well as operational optimization.Translate a wide range of technical requirements into physical site requirements and respective cost implications – and actively propose solution paths and drive alignment of those across key leaders at Aurora.Work directly with Aurora’s customers on site design and operational constructs to help them adopt and manage Aurora Driver-powered trucks.Own and drive complex multi-month, multi-million dollar site projects from idea to launch by partnering deeply with key internal stakeholders in Operations, Business Development, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate.Stand up key metrics that inform the overall performance of the Terminals and Endpoints, and identify opportunities for improvement.Required Qualifications:5+ years in logistics, self-driving tech and/or other strategic operations role.Direct, measurable impact through the design, development, and execution of strategy.Experience in leading cross-functional teams in service of a large workstream.Aptitude as a product owner or product manager.Being comfortable with technical depth and engineering requirements.Desirable Qualifications:High level of comfort working in ambiguity. Must be able to define the unknown, create structure and manage change.Owned products end-to-end.Experience clarifying product challenges and details via written documents to get alignment with senior leadership.The base salary range for this position is [$156,000 - $234,000] per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
