We are challenging key fundamentals in the areas of audience creation, purpose, creativity, and digital platforms.Named Media Agency of the Year by Adweek, Ad Age, and Campaign, Mediahub is powered by the buying and intelligence power of Magna Global and the data backbone of Acxiom.Position OverviewAs a core member of the analytics leadership team, the SVP, Business Intelligence is responsible for leading and developing multi-disciplinary media analytics teams that deliver holistic, best-in-class analytics solutions for our diverse client roster. This position is responsible for orchestrating efficient delivery of high-quality analytic services to a large book of business, contributing to agency new business development efforts, and facilitating the professional growth and development of their team. These analytics services vary by client need and are centered around understanding paid media investment's impact on a client's business or brand goals. Typical deliverables include basic campaign performance insights, Quarterly Business Reviews, measurement frameworks and partner recommendations, business and brand impact projections, media mix models and budget recommendations.This position works equally across digital and traditional media, demand creation and demand capture tactics, data science and creative teams, adtech and analytics platforms, plus collaborates with internal, client and 3rd party partners.Key ResponsibilitiesEvolution of the US analytics commercial offering, capabilities, and tools in conjunction with broader US analytics leadership team.Work with client teams to develop, scope and sell client measurement and analytics frameworks.Work with key clients to provide consulting and thought leadership on their businesses from an analytics perspective.Hands-on approach to ensuring data analytics projects meet client objectives, timelines and budgets.Develop partnerships and relationships with relevant data, technology and services suppliers.Participate in new business / business development initiatives.Collaborate with Business Leadership teams on annual and project-based scoping and staffing.Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.Qualification - Required SkillsExtensive working experience with Measurement Frameworks including conversion, attention, audience and brand health measurement techniques.The use and interpretation of econometric models including media mix models, digital optimization models and brand health models.Media Ecosystems (e.g., DMP's, AMP's, CDP's) and tools to support addressable activation and optimization (e.g., LiveRamp, Acxiom).Multitouch, location-based and offline attribution models (e.g., Data Plus Math, FourSquare, Neustar), as well as closed-loop attribution.Creative/brand evaluation tools (e.g., Kantar Millward Brown, ACE Metrix).Audience tools (e.g., Acxiom, Comscore, MRI, Kantar, Brand Index).External Reporting, Dashboard and Data visualization partners.Successful track record of delivering value to clients and efficiencies to agencies.Collaborative work style that emphasizes strong relationship building with clients and peers across disciplines and offices.Required Qualifications:15+ years' experience managing a multi-disciplinary analytics team across media, creative and ecommerce clients.Extensive working experience with Measurement Frameworks including conversion, attention, audience and brand health measurement techniques.The use and interpretation of econometric models including media mix models, digital optimization models and brand health models.Media Ecosystems (e.g., DMP's, AMP's, CDP's) and tools to support addressable activation and optimization (e.g., LiveRamp, Acxiom).Multitouch, location-based and offline attribution models (e.g., Data Plus Math, FourSquare, Neustar), as well as closed-loop attribution.Creative/brand evaluation tools (e.g., Kantar Millward Brown, ACE Metrix).Audience tools (e.g., Acxiom, Comscore, MRI, Kantar, Brand Index).External Reporting, Dashboard and Data visualization partners.Successful track record of delivering value to clients and efficiencies to agencies.Collaborative work style that emphasizes strong relationship building with clients and peers across disciplines and offices.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge and experience with following tools preferred.Design and evaluation of A/B, multivariate and market level tests.Web analytics platforms e.g., Adobe Reporting, Google Analytics.Scenario modelling and predictive analysis.Wage and BenefitsWe offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
