Plus, we're a team of restless, ambitious, seasoned dreamers who share a common passion for changing the world with bits.ResponsibilitiesOwn new features from planning to deployment using Typescript.Bring our customer experiences to the next level by staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.Participate in technology and architecture design decisions.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to design, plan, prototype and implement new features.Mentor junior engineers and be responsible for the technical direction for your domain.Requirements6+ years of software development experience with a focus on backends and microservices.Proficient with Typescript, Node.js, Java, or other backend API frameworks.Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.Demonstrated success working with ambiguity - we move fast and trust our team to come with solutions for, and often make, business-critical decisions.You HaveA collaborative and growth mindset.Ownership mentality and strong work ethic.Strong opinions, loosely held.Startup experience.Bonus PointsExperience with AWS.Experience with Kubernetes.Experience with automation testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (yes, we have CD!).Seniority level
