About This Role
As a Full Stack Engineer at Cyngn, you will play a crucial role in developing our innovative fleet management system for autonomous industrial vehicles. You will contribute to building a scalable, high-performance SaaS platform that enables real-time control and monitoring of autonomous vehicles. Your diverse skill set will allow you to seamlessly move between backend and frontend tasks, helping to create a cohesive and efficient system that empowers our customers to optimize their automated workflows and maximize operational efficiency.
What You Will Do In This RoleDevelop and maintain both backend and frontend components of our cloud-based fleet management systemCollaborate with Backend and Frontend Tech Leads to implement new features and improve existing functionalityWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Go, or Java for backend, and React, Redux and TypeScript for frontendContribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and real-time data processing pipelinesAssist in developing and optimizing database schemas and queries for both SQL and NoSQL databasesImplement responsive and intuitive user interfacesContribute to the development of advanced mapping features and geospatial data processingParticipate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peersAssist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across the full stackImplement and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end testsContribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and toolingStay current with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development
Who You Are5+ years of professional software development experience in full stack rolesStrong proficiency in backend development using Python, Go, Java, or similar languagesSolid experience with frontend development using React, Redux, and TypeScriptFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecturesExperience with database design and management, both SQL and NoSQLKnowledge of RESTful API design and implementationUnderstanding of event-driven architectures and message queuing systemsExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the full stackGood understanding of software design patterns and architectural principlesExcellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong collaboration skills with low ego
