Sales Ops Analyst – Remote (San Francisco or Boston)

While data has been integral to our growth over the past 30+ years, we're placing an even greater emphasis on being a data-driven organization by establishing the Analytics & Sales Operations team to support all sales-focused aspects of our banking practices.

Role Summary:We are looking for a fast-learning, energetic, and passionate Sales Operations Analyst II interested in making an immediate impact in the high net worth/innovative ecosystem. This position will work cross-functionally with our sales, finance, and marketing teams to uncover market potential, develop actionable insights, and improve/develop processes.

What you'll be doing:

Driving data-focused decisions through deep-dive analytics and business acumen.Assisting with ad hoc data pulls and business analytic requests.Leading maintenance and accuracy of the company's proprietary data within SFDC.Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation, process redesign, or development of new ones.Constructing proprietary datasets leveraging internal and external data to extract valuable insights.Creating high-quality reports for internal consumption that combine market observations with data insights.Supporting the team in tracking team performance and analyzing key metrics related to client acquisition pipeline, loan portfolio, funding, product penetration, referral channels, etc.Researching and profiling targeted prospects, identifying and aggregating current relationships, and identifying potential cross-selling opportunities for prospects.Developing and designing performance dashboards and control charts as necessary to monitor performance.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience with sales, sales operations, and/or analytics.Bachelor's degree.Exposure to data reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel, SQL).
