has an opportunity for an experienced market leader in Digital EHS and Sustainability Services to join our global firm as a

Partner

within our

Digital Services

business. At ERM, we offer a robust combination of deep EHS&S experience together with broad Environmental Management Information Solution (EMIS) expertise. Our EMIS services span the entire information management life cycle, from assisting clients with information solutions portfolio assessment, strategy, technology evaluation and planning, to designing, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems and innovative technologies.

In this role, you will join our core team of Partners to build market presence, opportunity pipeline, revenues and delivery capability, becoming a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its heart. As a Partner, you will further advance our reputation for EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions by helping us drive the continued growth of ERM’s business through selling and delivering world-class Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Digital Services projects, and recruiting and developing our next generation of leaders.

Role Profile:

This is a key role in growing ERM’s Digital Services offerings, with a primary focus on EHS&S Management Information Systems solutions sales, client account development, and project execution to deliver strategic value to our clients. As a senior leader, you will be fully accountable for successfully selling and consulting on a range of EMIS projects to build a sustainable business locally, while networking with ERM's global Digital Services team to share best practices across the industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the growth and development of ERM’s global integrated solutions and actively collaborate with colleagues across the globe. Drive innovation within the business to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market.

Develop and implement strategic business and action plans, provide leadership, and deliver performance results to expand ERM's Digital Services business and client base in the EMEA regions.

As a senior “seller/doer,” personally win new Digital Services engagements annually. Identify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clients.

Develop and manage strategic EHS&S Management Information Systems programs for a variety of clients with complex technical/regulatory issues. Design and direct large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

Serve as the billable Partner-in-Charge on sold engagements that require your skill set, or serve as a billable subject matter expert on other engagements that need your expertise.

Leverage technical skills to help teams drive double-digit profitable growth across the Digital Services service lines.

Lead, manage performance, inspire and mentor personnel for overall success of the team.

Develop a working understanding of ERM’s other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

BS/MS in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related program.

15+ years of relevant consulting experience working with significant clients on EHS&S Management Information Systems and sustainable EHS programs.

Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in EHS&S Management Information Systems software solutions.

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new Digital Systems consulting services.

Recognized technical expertise and established reputation in the local marketplace.

Ability to travel as needed.
