Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph.Overview:

The Sponsor requires technical expertise and guidance to drive the future of online operations to keep pace with industry standards and identify new technologies for potential integration.Responsibilities:

Understand, design, and develop infrastructure and infrastructure components that meet the Sponsor's security needs.Develop updated guidance for online operations and identify new technologies for potential integration.Support current operations and maintain continuity while integrating new technologies.Deliver and integrate new technical solutions and guidance to advance the Sponsor's online operational objectives.Design, build, configure, and maintain infrastructure components to evolve online operations.Evaluate new technologies, components, and services for applicability to the Sponsor's activities.Conduct quick-turn security and product assessments for new technologies utilized on the Sponsor's network.Communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries.Document mission solution architecture and interfaces.Comply with the Sponsor's Risk Management Framework to address and mitigate vulnerabilities and risks.Coordinate stakeholder engagements, such as user requirements sessions and operational planning.Track work requirements and action items to meet program deadlines using a Sponsor-approved tracking system.Implement changes to current technical and networking solutions based on changing requirements.Conduct functionality testing for new and existing operational systems and applications.Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated experience evaluating new technologies and services for compatibility with existing systems.Demonstrated experience researching and developing new technologies, services, or methods for integration.Demonstrated experience integrating new technologies and services into existing systems and workflows.Demonstrated experience creating evaluation, integration, and test plans for new technologies, services, and components.Demonstrated experience with networks and network components.Demonstrated experience with Virtual Private Servers, Virtual Private Networks, and Virtual Private Clouds.Demonstrated experience with virtual environments and emulated mobile devices.Demonstrated experience with Android O/S and its security settings.Demonstrated experience with domestic and foreign social media and their security implications.Demonstrated experience with commercial messaging applications and their security configurations.Demonstrated experience performing technical analysis on networks and applications.Demonstrated experience with browser security settings and add-ins.Demonstrated experience with technical troubleshooting related to networks and applications.Demonstrated experience consulting with customers to determine user requirements.Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.Demonstrated experience defining, analyzing, tracking, and reviewing requirements.Desired experience with working within commercial cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).Desired experience utilizing network monitoring tools.Desired experience with understanding network fundamentals.Desired experience with cloud networking concepts.Desired experience utilizing Tor for obfuscating online activities.Desired experience with internet encryption protocols.Desired degree or educational background in computer science, information science, systems engineering, or a related discipline.MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance – Intel with Polygraph.Benefits:Up to 5 week paid vacation and 10 government holidays.Up to 15% contribution to 401k.LTD, STD disability and life insurance.Paid health, dental, and vision for employee and family.$5000 annual training expense reimbursement.Computer purchase plan.
