Technical Project Manager(HRIS)

Roles and responsibilities:
Create and oversee detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver HRIS solutions within the established timelines.
Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Collect and document project requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Regularly update stakeholders on project status, progress, and any changes.
Lead the implementation of new HRIS solutions, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and data accuracy.
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure HRIS solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the testing phase.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
At least 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on HRIS or similar systems. Proven ability to manage complex technical projects and collaborate with HR departments.
In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP), project management tools (e.g., Jira), and a basic understanding of databases and integration technologies.
Strong ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure project success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving project challenges.
Job Types:

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
