ResponsibilitiesLead/direct/conduct M&A due diligence projectsCraft complex financial modelsAnalyze challenging multi-entity financial statementsForensically assess operating and cash-flow forecastsPrepare and analyze rolling cash-flow reportsPrepare and present “deep dive and root cause” analysis to clientsMitigate purchase price risks derived from business case analyticsPresent strategic findings to client engagement management teamsBusiness Development success within the Boston market arenaQualifications & RequirementsCPA certification is required for considerationMBA is strongly preferredExpertise within the public accounting sector coupled with both financial modeling and client-facing M&A presentations are required for consideration***Note - Only highly qualified, local and "on target" candidates will be contacted.***Marcum Search LLC offers premier professional recruiting services.
