Thank you for considering Allspring as you explore the next step in your career journey.POSITIONAllspring is seeking to recruit a Senior Institutional Sales professional who will report to the Head of West Regional Team in the Institutional Client Group (ICG). This person will play an important role at a pivotal moment in the firm's evolution, helping the firm's growth trajectory and culture. The successful candidate will be experienced and dynamic with a proven track record of winning and servicing institutional business. As a senior member of the team, this individual must be comfortable managing a large sales territory and sales goal as well as managing existing client relationships. Business acumen, strategic thinking and strong internal partnerships are all critical to the role. The ideal candidate will be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles.RESPONSIBILITIESEngage with institutional prospects and clients in the Western Region to increase Allspring's assets under management and meet business goalsBuild and maintain strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clientsTravel as required to meet with clients and prospects and participate in industry eventsEngage with both internal and external stakeholders to position Allspring strategies in the marketplace for successRepresent Allspring with integrity and professionalismCANDIDATEDynamic and collaborative investment professionalAbility to quickly understand and articulate Allspring's investment strategies, differentiating factors, and competitive advantagesExcellent communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skillsAmbitious and motivated to surpass business goalsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSSubstantial experience (minimum 10 years) in institutional fundraising in the West RegionProven track record of winning new business from institutional investorsWell-established institutional relationshipsSeries 7 and 63 requiredBase Pay Range: $150,000-$225,000. Salary Range for California candidates only. Actual base may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
