A law firm in San Francisco, CA, seeks an experienced IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex intellectual property litigation, specifically in federal courts or before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). This role requires exceptional writing abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and impressive academic credentials.Duties:Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases, from inception through trial and appeal.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Assist in preparing discovery requests and responses and manage document production.Participate in and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate with partners, clients, and experts to develop case strategies and trial themes.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex intellectual property litigation in federal courts or the U.S. International Trade Commission.Proven experience in taking and defending depositions is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear recommendations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certifications:Certification or specialization in intellectual property law (e.g., through the California Bar or other recognized institutions) is a plus.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1750 Montgomery St Fl 1San FranciscoCaliforniaUnited States 94111Phone :
