August 22-September 22, 2024The Division of Hematology & Medical Oncology at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Hematologist interested in joining the Acute Leukemia and Myeloid Neoplasm (ALMN) program. This position includes the possibility of participation in the robust and growing cell therapy program in Jacksonville.The Division includes 43 board-certified Hematologists-Oncologists, including two dedicated clinician investigators in ALMN, and offers highly skilled, state of the art care including access to dedicated Phase 1 facilities and infrastructure for the flourishing Centers for Individualized & Regenerative Medicine on the Mayo Clinic Florida campus, and within the Mayo Clinic Cancer Center. Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville supports an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Hematology/Medical Oncology. Interest and previous practice and research experience in acute leukemia and myeloid neoplasms is highly desirable. The Division is seeking an individual with a strong interest in a clinical position engaged in research to develop and facilitate clinical trials research in leukemia, MDS, MPN and other associated disorders in malignant Hematology.Our collegial, patient-centered, academic environment has contributed to Mayo Clinic in Florida being ranked the #1 hospital and cancer center in Florida and the Jacksonville metro area in U.S. News & World Report's "Best Hospitals" rankings.
