The HR Business Partner position will report to the Chief People Officer.

As the HR Business Partner, you will:

Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing HR insights and solutions that support strategic objectives.

Work closely with leaders on business and people initiatives (e.g. coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management, and engagement).

Facilitate and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.

Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to business leaders.

Your Impact:

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive performance and growth.

Manage and deliver HR solutions that support the organizational strategy, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Assist with the execution and implementation of processes that grow the capacity of the organization’s key people resources.

About You:

3+ years of related experience in an HR Business Partner role.

4+ years of employee relations experience.

2+ years of employment-based immigration experience.

Knowledge of Federal and State labor legislation and regulations.

Ability to effectively use other people systems/tools to work efficiently.

Strong ability to communicate across all levels of the organization and advise/coach managers.

Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.

Where:

This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.

While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We ask you to join us at our Oakland office 3 times a month for team collaboration and some fun.
