Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We are looking for a Kitchen General Manager for Lake Mary, Florida.

Restaurant Management Responsibilities and Requirements:

For GM position, must have General Management 1+ years restaurant experience.

Fast and Motivated.

Helping set the pace during lunch/dinner rushes.

Managing staff of 14 to 17 people.

Local marketing for catering, along with catering prep and delivery.

Handling customers.

Food ordering and inventory counting, maintaining food cost goals.

Schedule making, maintaining labor cost goals.

Bank deposits.

Work 50 hours per week and available on weekends.

Report to owners

No matter what position we are hired everyone must make subs and be on the floor.
