Apogee is known for an unwavering dedication to our client's success, a warm and employee-centric work environment, and an enthusiasm to provide the right solution at the right time.What you will be doing:Supporting senior leaders and providing architectural recommendations to meet strategic objectives for future IT system integrationCollaborating with Nuclear Command, Control, Communications (NC3) Enterprise Architecture teams to give input to capture user requirements and use cases for improvement of the NC3 Digital Mission Engineering Environment (NDMEE)Producing and publishing baseline and incremental NC3 system of systems architectures to support and update information hosted in enterprise digital engineering toolsDeveloping detailed architecture artifacts for subsets of the NC3 Enterprise, as needed - All View (AV), Operational View (OV), and System View (SV) artifactsIngesting, re-formatting, and publishing architectures using validated and verified authoritative data to support and update information hosted in digital engineering toolsCitizenship:

Must have and be able to maintain a TS w/SCI eligibilityEducation:

Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Computer Science or related technical disciplineYears of experience:

10 years of experience in working with NC2 capabilities, procedures, and platforms. Experience should include:Experience with DOD communications architecture and systemsExperience developing architecture artifacts using the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF), The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), or Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)Experience establishing system information requirements and designing architecture to support present and future cross-functional requirements and interfacesAbility to work well within a team and to execute tasks independentlyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Experience:Certifications:

DODAF or TOGAF certificationEducation and Experience:Working-level proficiency with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Modeling tools such as Cameo, Magic Draw, and SparxEA (desired)Apogee offers two medical plans, a high deductible health plan with an HRA and a traditional POS plan with co-pays, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental, military, and jury duty paid leaves. Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.The hourly pay for this position ranges from

$79-$93/hour

across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training, and education.Qualifications
