You'll utilize your deep understanding of wealth management, capital markets, and/or retail broker-dealer platforms, along with a strong grasp of account structures, API ecosystems, and platform administration (including MFA & SSO integrations as well as custodial systems). This role will focus on serving our internal stakeholders and external partners, improving the functionality and efficiency of our services.Location:

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, CA or Soho NYC, NY offices. Occasional travel between the two offices is required.Responsibilities:Product Leadership and Strategy:

Drive the vision and strategy for our services platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Develop comprehensive product roadmaps and define clear metrics for success.Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (including technology, operations, and compliance teams) and the engineering team to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and prioritize product initiatives.API and Platform Development:

Oversee the design and implementation of API interfaces and enhancements, focusing on scalability, security, and usability. Ensure seamless integration of platform administration features such as MFA, SSO, and custodial systems.Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Utilize agile methodologies to facilitate rapid iteration and delivery of features.Risk Management and Compliance:

Ensure that all product features comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with the compliance team to address any legal and regulatory implications of the product offerings.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

Monitor product performance against goals, and lead optimization efforts based on analytics and user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.Regulatory Compliance Integration:

Ensure all product developments are in line with necessary compliance and regulatory standards specific to the financial industry.Qualifications:6-8 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fintech environment, particularly in wealth management, capital markets, or retail broker-dealer software.Strong understanding of account structures, APIs, API structures, and platform administration.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to produce diagrams, and technical communications.For residents of San Francisco/Bay Area, CA and New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 + annual bonus.
