Job DescriptionScorecard AI is the leading evaluation and testing platform, specifically designed for products built with Large Language Models (LLMs). As a founding full stack engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI development tools, enabling leading companies to ship faster, cheaper, and with greater confidence.In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product owners and UI/UX designers to create intuitive, responsive interfaces for our Scorecard platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the frontend components of our SaaS dashboard, seamlessly integrating APIs and backend functionalities, and implementing advanced data visualization and analytics features.Key challenges you'll tackle include:
Designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces that empower developersCreating robust frontend architectures that scale with our growing platformDeveloping interactive data visualization tools for AI model evaluationIntegrating complex backend systems with sleek, responsive frontend designsAs a core member of our founding team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the user experience of a product that's redefining how AI systems are evaluated and improved. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise in frontend technologies, an eye for design, and a passion for creating tools that push the boundaries of AI technology.Responsibilities
Collaborating with product owners and UI/UX designers to implement core featuresIntegration of APIs to build core product featuresImplementing data visualization and analytics featuresDevelopment and maintenance of frontend componentsQualifications
Strong proficiency with TypeScript and frontend frameworks React, Next.js and Tailwind CSSFamiliarity with OpenAPI specifications or RESTful APIsKnowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive designUnderstanding of data visualization and charting librariesSkills And Abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environmentStrong product sense, communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality codeAdaptability to learn new technologies and frameworksProficiency with GitHub and VercelProficiency with SQL databases (Postgres) and Supabase[Bonus] Backend skills in Python FastAPI or Node.js[Bonus] Skills in LLM development (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)Education and Experience
Previously worked for a top tech company or startup in a contract or full time capacityPrevious experience in frontend development or related rolesBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)Working knowledge of Generative AI such as ChatGPT, LLMs and OpenAI APIsBenefits and Perks
