is seeking professionals to join our Finance and Business Operations team in the role of

Director, Corporate Development . This position will be responsible for working with the senior leadership team and the Board of Directors on all aspects of strategic finance and corporate management. Responsibilities will include financial and analytical support for the management team for new and existing projects. Of primary importance is capital formation, M&A, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Contribute and develop to team’s views on deep decarbonization, energy markets & public policy debates, capital allocation, and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with senior leadership to tackle the variety of new challenges faced by a growing energy transition company.

Build and analyze cogent financial models in Excel and concise presentations in PowerPoint.

Help senior leadership develop and refine business models across all P&Ls.

Play a major role in driving the culture of a rapidly growing, high performing organization.

Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.

Perform other duties as necessary.

Minimum Education/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

5 years of work experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or the power/energy/infrastructure sectors.

Strong finance and analytical abilities as well as strong financial modeling capabilities.

Must have the right to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Ability to travel for business purposes.
