About the role
You will play a critical role in building our platform, driving the technical direction of our company. This is a hands-on position that will involve collaborating with engineers, designers, and founders. A great opportunity for someone to create a lasting impact not only on the primary product but also on the company's values and vision, given our early stage - we hope Pump would be that career defining opportunity for all of us!Responsibilities/Qualifications:Pre-sales, design, and delivery experience with AWS infrastructure solutions and more.Familiarity with reserved instances, savings plans, and fin ops.Familiarity with AWS governance, organizations, IAM policies, and delegated administrator.Understanding how specific AWS services like EKS and AWS marketplace services like ROSA and Datadog will impact the transferring of an organization.Knowledge of specific governance AWS services like control policies and CloudTrail, Artifacts, Control Tower, Direct Re-service, Access Management, and Cloud Formation Stacks.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with and enjoys creating prototypes and experimenting quickly.Benefits:Competitive salary and equity as an early member of our team.Lunch and dinner at the office.Full benefits package, including premium healthcare coverage for you and unlimited PTO.Continuous learning and professional development reimbursements.Quarterly company-paid team retreats.1 day work from home.
