Showing 1 locationThis position requires an individual who can safely and effectively work in multiple fast-paced environments, including warehouse and off-site job locations. The candidate should be able to complete tasks both independently and as a team player, willing to learn, flexible with schedule, and available to work weekends and holidays. A positive attitude, excellent verbal communication skills, and exceptional spatial awareness are essential. This individual will be organized, adaptable to changes and new situations, and possess the ability to safely operate construction tools and hardware.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with & support samplings and activationsGenerate trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumersCommunicate the Monster brand message to consumersAssist with lead generation for the sales divisionDevelop and strengthen key account relationshipsBuild centers of influence networkSupport sales efforts through event sampling & merchandising (as needed)Assist National Events Team with setup and teardown of event structures including but not limited to tradeshows, indoor and outdoor festivalsSupervise and support sub-brand teams and activations (i.e. Hydro, NOS, and Reign)Be knowledgeable of all Monster Energy Company brand portfoliosAssist with administrative responsibilities including scheduling, recapping, hiring/training, and general reportingPlan and manage all aspects of the event/sampling planning process: pre, during, and post duties including personnel, product delivery/distribution, transportation, supplies, etc.Research, secure, and manage execution of local events and partnershipsCare for program materials and assets of Monster Energy Company (Storage Facilities, Inventory, Vehicles, Equipment)Generate trial of Monster Energy Company brands through guerrilla samplingDistribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyaltyArrive on time and adhere to shift scheduleUse/build/takedown equipment including, but not limited to staging platforms, truss structures, large tents, etc.Maintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniformEnsure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumers, internal employees & event organizersRespond in a timely manner to Consumer Engagement Marketing Team Lead and Regional Field Manager as neededPossess basic knowledge of hand tools required to effectively perform the jobWork in various workplace settings and in any weather conditionsWork in a group setting as well as independentlyMerchandise MEC products in the cold vault and in coolersConduct routine store checks to ensure MEC products are stocked on shelves according to in-store schematicsCheck that all Point of Sales (POS) is correctly displayed at store levelTransmit daily account data via app-based toolsStock all MEC products in all assigned stores daily (Monday through Friday)Report product stock status and daily activities via app-based reporting platformManage all program materials and assets of Monster Energy Co.Report any store personnel concerns to Consumer Engagement Team LeadPosition Requirements:

Available to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidaysOutgoing and comfortable engaging with consumers (small and large events)Must be able to stand for long periods of timeStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasksProficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel, in addition to internet usageMay be required to travel overnight when necessaryMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and occasionally 100 lbs.Must have a valid Driver's License and clean driving recordMust be able to drive/operate a box truck (up to 24”)Current vehicle insuranceMust be 21 years of ageMust be forklift certified or obtain certificationWorks independently with minimal supervisionBending + Climbing onto deck, truss, and stageThis position is Full Time (up to 40 hours a week), 12-week assignment with the potential to become permanentSalary for this position is USD 22.00 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
