Superior interpersonal skills, outstanding academic credentials, and a commitment to the community are highly valued. The candidate must hold an active Bar license or be committed to obtaining one promptly.Duties:Collaborate closely with attorneys in the energy and natural resources strategic business unit.Manage wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.Lead and oversee scopes of work within a team, including managing junior attorneys.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and support.Participate in negotiations and due diligence processes for renewable energy projects.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, preferably in renewable energy real estate.Extensive experience with wind, solar, and/or battery storage real estate transactions.Exceptional academic credentials from a reputable law school.Active NE Bar license or commitment to obtaining one on time.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.Demonstrated commitment to community involvement and sustainability initiatives.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active NE Bar license or commitment to obtaining one promptly.Skills:Proficiency in renewable energy real estate transactions.Leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Dedication to community engagement and environmental sustainability.
