From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.Job DescriptionThe Lead digital product manager is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of two or more products in Allstate growing product portfolio. Lead digital product manager drives the strategic product vision, product discovery and roadmaps to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product. This role includes managing serval products that encompass financial data processing, reporting and analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, drive and execute holistic product strategy (i.e., not limited to software development) for 2 or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the "product expert" for your defined product area.Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions.Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions.Define and manage KPIs to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs.Invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs & habits and to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations.Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments.Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organizationMonitor budgets and operational effectiveness; develop strategies for adjusted courses of action.Functional Skills:Entrepreneurial with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience in application and platform modernizationAdvanced ability to communicate complex and innovative concepts to product development teams with proven experience in data-driven decision making.Solid understanding of and experience working in a technology development environmentExperience operating in an environment driven by KPIs where you had the accountability to determine the best course of action to meet your goals.Ability to contribute towards data-driven decision making on complex and innovative concepts.Ability to proactively anticipate problems and seek opportunities.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Experience at breaking down work for iterative and incremental delivery.Effective at stakeholder management and transparent communicationEducation and Experience:4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)7+ years of experience (Preferred)In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis job has supervisory duties.#LI-MK1Notes:The preceding description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities. CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $121,600.00 - 206,650.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
