This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and maximizing ROI through strategic planning and execution of trade show sponsorships and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, fostering partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This position reports to Meeting and Events Director.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute client participation in trade shows and exhibitions, including booth placement, logistics, collateral design support, staffing, and post-event evaluation.Project manage client sponsorships and partnerships related to trade shows, ensuring fulfillment of benefits and maximizing exposure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of event activities with overall marketing and distribution engagement objectives.Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support event efforts.Cultivate relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance trade show effectiveness and expand networking opportunities for client.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for trade show participation and marketing initiatives.Provide post-event analysis and reports, including recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.Manage the ordering, production, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and promotional objectives.Manage budgets and facilitate payments.Manage and evaluate vendor relationships.Build and manage event registration websites and invitations using Cvent software.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in marketing and/or event planning.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in project managing sponsorships or partnerships, with a focus on delivering value and maximizing sponsorship benefits.Experience ordering, managing, producing and distributing marketing materials.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of individuals, including executives, leadership, and support level client contacts.Ability to be flexible and balance competing priorities/last-minute requests.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
