The OpportunityAdobe seeks an energetic, motivated, intellectually curious, and hardworking junior attorney to join Adobe’s Enterprise Digital Experience (EDX) Legal Strategy and Innovation team. In this role, you will work closely with teams across Adobe to provide counsel on a range of legal, strategy, and operational support issues. This role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in teams.

What You’ll DoLearn the business and build positive relationships with various Adobe teams.Conduct legal due diligence to inform corporate decision making.Draft and create newsletters and reports on happenings on the EDX Legal team.Coordinate with subject matter leads in Adobe’s Legal Department, including legal operations, product legal, sales legal, privacy, antitrust, and intellectual property attorneys.Stay on top of applicable legal and industry developments and provide information and guidance on relevant issues.

What You Need to SucceedJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.0-3 years of legal experience, with technical modeling background a plus.Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to deep dive to quickly gain expertise in an area.Familiarity with legal issues including licensing, intellectual property, AI, privacy and data security, and compliance.A sense of humor and enjoyment solving hard issues with a team.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Ability to balance multiple projects at the same time; detail-oriented, efficient, thorough.Flexibility to work with colleagues, clients, and others in time zones other than where the position is based.Ability to exercise common sense to provide both practical and theoretical advice; must be a creative problem solver and have good business instincts.Desire to make an impact and build an exciting career.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $87,900 -- $196,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
