Above all, we help build an authentic, inclusive environment where our team members can grow and make an impact.What you’ll doYou will serve as a member of the Total Rewards team, working with Brex leadership to run and build world-class compensation and benefits programs. You will help oversee the entire compensation process, from administering market analysis to pricing new roles and performing pay parity and competitive pay analysis. You will also assist with the day-to-day benefits administration from supporting employee inquiries and leave of absence to conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance requirements are met.ResponsibilitiesLead and support initiatives to refine and scale Brex’s compensation and benefits programs.Manage small to medium projects, including compensation surveys, benefits audits, and the biannual merit cycle.Provide analytical and administrative support to develop and maintain competitive Total Rewards offerings.Administer benefits for Open Enrollment, healthcare, retirement plans, and well-being programs.Manage employee leave requests and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Analyze and audit benefits data for accuracy between Workday and vendor systems.Promote understanding of compensation practices across the organization.Track key compensation and hiring metrics to inform business decisions.Handle large data sets and produce ad hoc analyses quickly.Support regulatory compliance reporting and cost modeling for leadership decisions.Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.Requirements3+ years of experience within benefit and compensation programs.Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills in handling multiple priorities and meeting challenging deadlines.Comfortable with ambiguity.Strong analytical skills.Strong planning, project management, organizational and communication skills.Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills.Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday.Bonus pointsProject management experience.Prior startup experience.Self-funding experience.Consulting experience.Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 - $137,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
