Infosys is seeking a FHIR IRIS Lead with proven requirement gathering skills and experience in preparing technical requirement documents based on the information gathered in technical workshops. This position will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle; involved in business process consulting; defining the problem, proposing and creating the solution; also playing an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution; and will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training, and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Required SkillsCandidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Indianapolis, IN or Raleigh, NC or Phoenix, AZ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.Good understanding of Insurance domain and Healthcare domain.Experience in Data Analysis, Claims, Medical.Experience in FHIR IRIS is a must.Extensive expertise in environment management issue resolution and an excellent working knowledge of continuous deployment and integration and test-driven development tools.U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Preferred SkillsExperience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.Experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.Experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.Experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies.Planning and Coordination skills.Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Ability to write design documents and walk the audience through the design.Able to estimate for the end-to-end delivery of Integration projects.Able to work on technical aspects and help tackle complex items including Integration.Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
