Teaching Opportunity-Family Medicine Faculty with Surgical OB in Indiana

IU Health Physicians and IU School of Medicine are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician with experience in Surgical Obstetrics. This opportunity will be with the Family Medicine Residency Practice located in central Indianapolis and presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the full continuum of academic medicine. This physician would be a faculty member within the Indiana University Department of Family Medicine have the unique opportunity to have: Position Details: Flexible Clinical work between inpatient and outpatient settings Opportunities for clinical excellence and collaboration as part of one of the largest health systems in the US with all care settings from tertiary/quaternary to rural health care Teaching and mentoring students and residents Leadership Opportunities Research Opportunities Working in a cross-functional and collaborative family practice center Impacting a large, underserved population within the Indianapolis area Qualifications: Must be a MD, DO or equivalent Education BE/BC with the American Board of Family Medicine, Experience in Surgical OB is preferred Able to obtain IN Licensure About the Family Medicine Center Residency: The Family Medicine Clinic team is focused on providing the best care to its community while also preparing the next generation of family medicine providers. The Clinic cares for a large, underserved population within the Indianapolis area and provides a range of additional clinical offerings (OB-Gyn, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics, Pain Related Care, Gender Affirming Care, Travel Medicine, Procedures).
