opportunity in the United States on the
IDSP SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTING
team at NTT DATA for candidates who are authorized to work in the United States. NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting accelerates fact-based transformation for supply chain leaders around the world. Key responsibilities: Play a hands-on role in managing and delivering IDSP solutions to our clients. Conduct standard business / technology assessments depending on project scope and client needs. Provide architectural guidance and establish best practices for Anaplan Supply Chain Implementation. Mentor other Anaplan model builders. Provide technical direction to all model builders/configuration leads in implementation of Anaplan Supply Chain projects. Set engagement objectives and scope followed by development of detailed project plans to meet specific needs of each client and engagement. Support sales of the NTT DATA IDSP service offerings. Effectively manage client relationships and joint project teams including other consultants, contractors, and client team members. Engage and communicate with clients at all levels of the organization during the delivery process to earn their confidence and trust. Responsibility for review and approval of all client deliverables in accordance with the SOW. Support creation of thought leadership materials (blogs, public speaking, etc.) that support NTT DATA supply chain consulting’s overall brand and positioning. Support the ongoing development of methodologies and new service offerings, including SaaS capabilities that generate recurring revenues where applicable. Travel 30-80% based on project requirements and/or client demand. Skills: • Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic • Significant and documented project experience involving solution design and implementation using Anaplan • Ability to work creatively and analytically, both independently and in a problem-solving team-oriented environment • Solid project management skills demonstrated across multiple industries • Ability to supervise others and actively coach / mentor junior consultants • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Demonstrated expertise in demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes Basic qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in industrial engineering, information systems, supply chain management, science, technology, math, business, economics, or related major. • Anaplan Level 3 Model Building Certification • 2+ years of experience in large Anaplan implementation projects. • 4+ years of experience working within Excel and PowerPoint. • Willing and able to travel over 30% based on project requirements. Preferred qualifications: • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect. • Master’s degree or MBA preferred. • Experience in supply chain consulting. • Experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management within a consulting and/or equivalent environment. • Experience working on large scale supply chain transformation initiatives. • Advanced industry certifications from ASCM, IBF, CSCMP or MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management. • Experience using advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software. • Experience implementing advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software, e.g. Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Logility, ToolsGroup, O9, etc. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $115,000 to $135,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
