The selected candidate will design and support a scalable, cloud-based repository. This role involves developing a system where data can be quickly formatted, enriched, analyzed, and made accessible to users. The repository will serve as a centralized location for rapidly parsing, indexing, and securing data to support Enterprise Search, Analytics, and various use cases.This position requires an active Top-Secret clearance and the ability to obtain SCI accesses with a polygraph.This position is on-site with our customer in Chantilly, VA, Washington, DC, or Huntsville, AL.

Required Qualifications:

Experience with Apache Niagra Files (NiFi).Experience with Databricks and Lakehouse architecture.Experience with ElasticSearch.Experience with Agile project management software such as Jira and Confluence.Expertise in data modeling and SQL.Proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, Python, and .NET.Experience utilizing various CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and GitLab Runner, and Artifactory.Experience in deploying and orchestrating Docker containers within cloud environments.Experience with managed services in air-gapped government environments, including both unclassified and classified AWS regions, or other cloud service providers. Specific services include Simple Storage Service (S3), Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Relational Database Service (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and Lambda.Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 10.5 years of relevant experience; Masters or PhD preferred.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Apache TIKAExperience with AWS SQS.Experience with operating systems including Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Amazon Linux) and Windows.Experience with ongoing maintenance and optimization of databases across various platforms, to include Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.Experience with the development of new automated Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) pipelines, utilizing a range of tools, including Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) solutions, as well as Java and other technologies.Experience with backend technologies such as the Java Spring Framework and Spring Boot, as well as frontend technologies including Node.js, Vue.js, and React/Redux.Experience with other search technologies such as OpenSearch and Apache SOLR.Experience in UI and UX design and utilizing tools such as Axure, Sketch, or InVision.
