We are seeking a friendly, energetic, people centered General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in the Villages and Ocala. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met. You will be accountable for managing labor costs, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Your ultimate goal will be to drive profitability and growth while maintaining exceptional customer service.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field5+ years of experience in restaurant managementAbility to coach and be coachable as we are a small franchise groupProven track record of driving sales and profitabilityStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications:Experience in fast casual or quick-service restaurant managementCertification in food safety and sanitationExperience with labor control and scheduling softwareResponsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and customer serviceAbility to master, work, and train all positions to our standardsEnsure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulationsManage labor costs and scheduling to optimize productivity and profitabilityDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitabilityRecruit, train, and manage staff to ensure exceptional customer serviceSkills:As the General Manager, you will utilize your expertise in food quality, hospitality management, cleanliness, restaurant management, labor control, and food safety to ensure the success of our restaurant. You will also need to possess strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Your ability to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability will be critical to the success of our business. Additionally, your experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant management, certification in food safety and sanitation, and familiarity with labor control and scheduling software will be highly valued.
