.As a Solutions Consultant, you'll partner with companies like LinkedIn, OpenAI, Square, and Twilio to help them adopt and expand their use of our platform. You’ll be staffed on a team that helps executives at leading companies ensure they are driving maximum value from our platform. You will build relationship management skills by participating in key customer engagements, including implementations, business reviews, and all recurring touchpoints.Impactful contributions:
You will become an expert in Persona’s platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.Holistic support and growth:

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
For this role, the estimated OTE is between $100,000 - $130,000. Salaries are just one component of the total compensation package. In addition to salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission. Please note, the salary range is a guideline that is subject to change without notice.Location and TravelThis is a full-time position based in our HQ in downtown San Francisco - currently in the office Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday as office optional. We offer relocation support for individuals based outside of the San Francisco Bay Area.
