The Opportunity

As a member of the Digital Media Global Customer Engagement team, you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across two of Adobe’s biggest products; Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Our team defines the strategy for growing new customer acquisition, improving customer engagement and increasing customer lifetime value. This team provides business critical insights using analytics and ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution. We work with our business partners to define our customer journey requirements across demand trial engagement, conversion and paid engagement to maximize long term customer growth and success. Team members have strong E2E project management skills, are analytical and strategic, and have a pragmatic sense of how to get things done through positive relationships across the company. You will work with internal and external partners, including Marketing, Growth, Campaign, and Product to provide customer insights, and influence product roadmaps and go-to-market programs.

What You'll Do

Obsess over customer experience journeys, seeking opportunities for improvement and driving cross-functional teams to deliver

Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into actionable recommendations for growth

Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2024 - June 2025

Demonstrated understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results

Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with key teams including Product Management, Campaign Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing, and Program/Project Management.

Demonstrated history of building conviction and a strong point of view, built on a deep understanding of audiences, markets, products and competitive landscapes.

Proven track record to take initiative on new projects and drive complex, ambiguous issues to resolution

Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and implement solutions to address critical business issues

The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position

Successful in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels

Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,800 -- $172,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
