PC Deployment Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Deployment Technician Position: Deployment Technician Type: Contract or Contract-to-Hire Hours: 32-40 hours per week, may vary depending on needs Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Deployment Technician to join our client\'s team. The role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting IT equipment and software at a prominent school in Milwaukee. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who is looking to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for contract-to-hire. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and configure IT hardware, software, and network components. Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for deployment-related issues. Install and update operating systems, applications, and system configurations. Coordinate with IT teams and end-users to ensure successful deployments. Add and configure devices needed for particular roles Add devices to managed domains. Document deployment procedures and any issues encountered during the process. Maintain a high level of customer service during interactions with end-users. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Deployment Technician or in a similar IT role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well with team members and clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
