Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary: Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and \$500 bonus after 6 months and \$1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Days: Monday through Friday; some weekends
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)
Qualifications:
Associate degree required, Bachelor\'s degree preferred3-5 years directly related work experience with a blood centerPublic speaking/presentation experience requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Demonstrate Leadership skills including effective team building and coaching skills with the ability to motivate individuals and groups to achieve goalsDevelops recruitment plans that are aligned with goals and initiatives based on needs assessmentResponsible for building the annual collections calendar to meet expected goals while balancing OBI resources for efficienciesResponsibilities include recruitment strategies for mobile and donor center collectionsAssures compliance and assists in developing calendar guidelinesEnsure account consultants and account managers have adequate training, tools and resourcesSets direction for recruitment staff development ensuring effective training, goal setting, and development of sales and marketing skillsProvide in field observation, training and leadership for recruitment staffIdentify growth opportunities through account development strategies and market segmentationEnsure efficient mobile collections through collaborative efforts with management and other departmentsDevelop and maintain relationships with community partnersMaintain brand integrity in recruitment effortsResponsibilities subject to change or increase to meet business needs
