Sanmina Corporation has facilities strategically located in key regions throughout the world.Job PurposeGlobal Account Director will be responsible for all aspects of a Global Account, serving as the liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all account-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract while meeting expected financial goals.Nature of Duties/ResponsibilitiesAccomplish Account Management Objectives by communicatingcustomer expectations; monitoring and follow through of assignments and expectations; and maintaining complete customer satisfaction

Responsible for providing complete and accurate quotations to the customer without any omissions, on time, and with communicated lead times

Organizing the preparation and completionof Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews for the customer

Manage Business Development activities with program managers and operations personnel

Maintain an accurate forecast for all qualified products

Ensurethat cross- functional team(s) understand customer expectations at all times

Manage and update all business agreements with the customer

Maintains good customer relationships to avoid escalations

Drives effective meetings with both internal and external teams

Timely resolution of issues and escalation as soon as it's required to avoid delays in order completion

Responsible for obtaining and updating customerroadmaps for all strategic productswith the customer

Responsible for development, maintenance, and execution of a Strategic Account Plan

Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree at minimum

Technical/ engineering degree or 5- 10 years experience working with mechanical drawings and assemblies.

Experience in reading and understanding assembly/equipment BOM's and Cost Models

Contract MGF/Enclosure/Sheet metal sales experience strongly recommended

Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain proactive customer interaction at all levels of the organization

Strong verbal and written skills

Strongattention todetail skills

Experienced user of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
