We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.Responsibilities:This exciting role encompasses a blend of technical skills and proven sales experienceMaintain and continue to develop additional sales opportunities within your customer baseGrow Keysight's Market Share in Southern California, particularly Orange County, with a diverse set of customersInterface with wireless, energy, internet infrastructure and A&D ecosystems and other key industriesProactively work to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queriesGrow your funnel intake, manage opportunities, and complex issues requiring leadership and coordination with various organizations within the companyContinuously learn new products, applications, and technologiesDevelop and build long-term relationships and loyalty with customersPartner with local Solution partnersQualifications:
BS/MS in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent education5-10+ years of applicable Sales/Account Management experienceFamiliarity with wireless, wireline and A&D ecosystemsAbility to manage existing customers and cultivate new accountsStrong understanding of electronics test and measurementsDigital and RF/Microwave background is strongly preferredSuccessful candidates will have a passion for continuous learning and ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal team members.Strong written & verbal communication skillsSound business judgment with organization & negotiation skillsEffective presentation and problem-solving skillsBased on customer requirements, must be a US person and reside in Orange County, Southern CaliforniaLimited overnight travel. Territory encompasses Orange County and some San Diego and LA County accounts.Company car provided, including gas and maintenanceCareers Privacy Statement
