The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. The Regional Sales Manager will lead the team of Account Managers to meet annual targets, build customer relationships, and understand customer trends.

What You'll DoDevelops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.Participate in sales forecasting activities and owns regional performance.Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.Guides training and performance evaluations to develop and manage regional sales team.Manages channel development activity and is responsible for delivering against quotas and goals set forth by management.Analyzes sales data to formulate route to market strategy in region.Represents company at regional trade events.Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with KAM and Account Managers.Meets with key clients regularly.Coaches Territory Managers on everyday great execution.Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity.Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.Identifies targeted accounts within the assigned region. Designs and recommends sales programs for Targeted Accounts. Tracks, evaluates, and reports sales results to management.Provides management with market intelligence including sales trends, new products, and key competitor activity. Remains aware of changes in the market environment and adjusts plans accordingly.Acts as liaison between the management and the team, leading the team to make its quotas, correcting any problem that comes up and motivating the sales team.Responds to complaints from customers and gives after-sales support.Monitors the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.Coaches, trains, counsels, recruits, and disciplines employees.Evaluates on-the-job performance of the sales team.Own A/R collection process in your region.Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.5+ years of sales management experience, preferably industry experience with a supplier or distributor.3+ years' experience managing people and/or projects.Able to maintain a valid and current driver's license.Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite, SalesforceMust be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must articulate in a professional and personable manner.Excellent written communication skills. Ability to develop written reports and presentations.Maintain professionalism and live core values at all times, always positively representing the Shryne Group brands.Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.Preferred Skills

Proficiency in planning/forecastingStrong leadership skillsStrong mathematical skills with ability to calculate sales figures, discounts, and percentages.Strong time management and organizational skills; a self-starter.Comprehensive understanding of cannabis to include regions/terpenes, cultivation techniques, basic production, and service.What You'll Receive

Work EnvironmentPrimarily in a light industrial and office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually low; however, fluctuation of noise level may occur during peak production. The temperature in the work environment is usually moderate; however, fluctuation of temperature, either decreasing or increasing (heat level) is likely to occur during peak production. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and periodic weekends. Must be able to do overnight travel as required.
