Position: National Account Manager, Lab Accounts (Healthcare)Location: Remote or Hybrid Based on Individual Location

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to lead our efforts within the lab accounts sector under healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for driving contract uptake and optimizing GPO resources for our lab-focused healthcare members. Your deep understanding of lab purchasing and experience in selling to labs will be critical in helping our clients achieve their organizational savings goals.

Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation:

Work closely with lab accounts within healthcare to address their purchasing needs, ensuring they fully benefit from GPO contracts.Contract Optimization:

Identify and implement GPO contracts tailored to lab environments, delivering substantial savings and enhancing member satisfaction.Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with lab stakeholders, both internally and externally, using various communication methods.Business Reviews:

Prepare and lead client business reviews, offering insights and strategies to optimize contract utilization in lab settings.Campaign Development:

Create and execute client campaigns that target the specific needs of lab accounts, driving engagement and contract adoption.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.3-5 years of related experience in account management, service or sales, with a focus on lab environments.Strong understanding of lab procurement processes and familiarity with GPO operations.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
