E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Position Overview:
The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible to manage Ecommerce department at Aramco Imports, setting strategy, building and managing a team to achieve both growth and profitability. Forecast inventory on a monthly based on evolving sales trends. Accomplish this across all warehouses, while working cross functionally with the purchasing, shipping, and warehouse departments to maintain inventory where it is needed. This role will be heavily involved in product development (specification writing and price point setting) and will need to be up to date on cookware trends. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing existing listings on various platforms and be highly proficient in Amazon Seller Central/ Vendor Central, Walmart, Kohl's, eBay, Mirakl and Shopify. This role will need to understand integration of data between our 3PL, Amazon, and other marketplaces. The candidate will also play a major role in establishing overall ecommerce growth strategy as well as implementation of this strategy.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Creating and implementing ecommerce strategy across all ecommerce marketplacesMaintain P/L across all ecommerce accountsBuild and manage a team of full time, part time or outsource skilled online merchandisers, marketers, advertisers, specialists, influencers to develop high end content and drive salesOversee online merchandizing and increase product listings with E-Commerce partnersReview, develop and optimize existing product descriptions and keywordsOptimizing listings and increase organic ranking in search resultsCreating A+ content for Amazon listings.Managing inventory levels that are ecommerce specific at FBA, within our warehouse, and at our 3PLCreating sponsored ad campaigns across all sales channels to drive growth and profitabilityUtilize various E-Commerce websites including Amazon, Kohl's, Walmart, eBay, Mirakl and Shopify.Create a pricing strategy on E-Commerce Marketplaces that optimizes for sales and profitability simultaneouslyCreate and present on ecommerce progress and evolving strategy on a monthly basisConsistently search for new products for product developmentSEO keyword research and implementationMonitor and respond to customer feedback and messages on all marketplacesCreate and maintain targeted ads on different platformsWork with the shipping department to maintain inventory across Amazon and our 3PLResearch new E-Commerce partners and initiate relationships on an ongoing basisDevelop online selling guideline for wholesale customers to avoid cannibalizationDrive traffic to shopify site via purchased mediaRequired Qualifications:
Four or more years of previous E-Commerce experience, using Amazon Seller CentralTwo or more years of previous with various E-commerce websites Ecommerce MarketplacesHigh Proficiency with Excel: Pivot Tables , Nested if Statements, vlookups, data analysisCreative mind set to guide copywriting and asset creationMust be familiar with marketing functions including sponsored campaign creation and management, promotions, pricing, GPM calculation, retail ordering and program trackingStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service minded professionalExcellent interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or MarketingAmazon Seller Central Experience ( 1P/3P) - 4 YearsGeneral knowledge of kitchenware and cookware merchandising
