Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist will be responsible to manage Ecommerce department at Aramco Imports, setting strategy, building and managing a team to achieve both growth and profitability. Forecast inventory on a monthly based on evolving sales trends. Accomplish this across all warehouses, while working cross functionally with the purchasing, shipping, and warehouse departments to maintain inventory where it is needed. This role will be heavily involved in product development (specification writing and price point setting) and will need to be up to date on cookware trends. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing existing listings on various platforms and be highly proficient in Amazon Seller Central/ Vendor Central, Walmart, Kohl's, eBay, Mirakl and Shopify. This role will need to understand integration of data between our 3PL, Amazon, and other marketplaces. The candidate will also play a major role in establishing overall ecommerce growth strategy as well as implementation of this strategy.

Tasks and Responsibilities: Creating and implementing ecommerce strategy across all ecommerce marketplaces Maintain P/L across all ecommerce accounts Build and manage a team of full time, part time or outsource skilled online merchandisers, marketers, advertisers, specialists, influencers to develop high end content and drive sales Oversee online merchandizing and increase product listings with E-Commerce partners Review, develop and optimize existing product descriptions and keywords Optimizing listings and increase organic ranking in search results Creating A+ content for Amazon listings. Managing inventory levels that are ecommerce specific at FBA, within our warehouse, and at our 3PL Creating sponsored ad campaigns across all sales channels to drive growth and profitability Utilize various E-Commerce websites including Amazon, Kohl's, Walmart, eBay, Mirakl and Shopify. Create a pricing strategy on E-Commerce Marketplaces that optimizes for sales and profitability simultaneously Create and present on ecommerce progress and evolving strategy on a monthly basis Consistently search for new products for product development SEO keyword research and implementation Monitor and respond to customer feedback and messages on all marketplaces Create and maintain targeted ads on different platforms Work with the shipping department to maintain inventory across Amazon and our 3PL Research new E-Commerce partners and initiate relationships on an ongoing basis Develop online selling guideline for wholesale customers to avoid cannibalization Drive traffic to shopify site via purchased media Required Qualifications:

Four or more years of previous E-Commerce experience, using Amazon Seller Central Two or more years of previous with various E-commerce websites Ecommerce Marketplaces High Proficiency with Excel: Pivot Tables , Nested if Statements, vlookups, data analysis Creative mind set to guide copywriting and asset creation Must be familiar with marketing functions including sponsored campaign creation and management, promotions, pricing, GPM calculation, retail ordering and program tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer service minded professional Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing Amazon Seller Central Experience ( 1P/3P) - 4 Years General knowledge of kitchenware and cookware merchandising
